When you say shortening what do you use? I have also not been able to find white whole wheat flour. Can you help?

Surveys reveal that most people don’t actually know their daily caloric budget (as I like to call it). The problem is if you don’t know your budget it’s impossible to know when you are over or under it, and more importantly exactly what that burger or piece of apple pie is costing you–calorically speaking.
