Orange Liqueur |

| INGREDIENTS: | |
| 2 | cups cognac (moderately priced like a good V.S.) |
| 1 | medium orange |
| 1/2 | cup Splenda Granular |
| 2 | tablespoons granulated sugar |
| STEPS: |
| 1. Pour the cognac into a 2-cup jar with lid. |
2. Using a zester or vegetable peeler, slice several long pieces of orange peel (avoiding white pith) off the orange, and place in jar. |
| 3. Peel and separate orange sections. Cut each section lengthwise and place into jar. |
| 4. Add Splenda and sugar. Stir or cover, and shake. |
5. Let set at room temperature for at least 2 weeks. |
| 6. Strain orange liqueur into a bottle or jar, discarding fruit and peel. Cover. Keeps indefinitely. |
