Orange Liqueur
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cognac (moderately priced like a good V.S.)
1 medium orange
1/2 cup Splenda Granular
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
STEPS:
1. Pour the cognac into a 2-cup jar with lid.

2. Using a zester or vegetable peeler, slice several long pieces of orange peel (avoiding white pith) off the orange, and place in jar.

3. Peel and separate orange sections. Cut each section lengthwise and place into jar.
4. Add Splenda and sugar. Stir or cover, and shake.

5. Let set at room temperature for at least 2 weeks.

6. Strain orange liqueur into a bottle or jar, discarding fruit and peel. Cover. Keeps indefinitely.
